It's a good game; far from perfect (like almost any game), but fun and imaginative: Crackdown 3's a run and gun, leave your brain at the door third person shooter; nice blend of sci-fi and action. It reminds me of Just Cause 3: my kind of game i.e. no annoying puzzles that slow down the momentum, just pure shoot 'em/blow 'em up action. Crackdown 3's imaginative and variegated with beautiful city scapes and environments that remind me of Cyberpunk and some of the weapons e.g. the plasma rifle remind me Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare. And Crackdown 3 reminds of Conan (2007); the way tokens fly out of destroyed targets and reinvigorate the Agent. I just wish the Agent i.e. the person we play, had holsters; it'd make it more realistic and immersive: in Crackdown 3 when I draw a weapon they just magically appear; there's no holsters or backpack like in e.g. The Last Of Us. And also the Agent never gets tired, they just have an energy shield that gets depleted under fire like in Halo; there's no health packs or injectables to boost stamina. And from what I can see there's no fast travel. And I can't aim down sights like in e.g. Ghost Recon: Wildlands where you can easily switch from 3rd to 1st person: with Crackdown 3 we can't aim down sights just like in Halo...there's numerous things that could've been done better to make Crackdown 3 a truly outstanding game. I mean, it's a bit too basic: with more thought put in, this could've been one of the best games. Playing it Xbox Series X. Played a bit; thought it's cute, but just another game and since it only cost $5 I didn't give it much mind. I put it aside; got so many other games to play, but cracked it out again and now that I'm getting into it, it's becoming one of my favorites: it's a fun, beautiful and imaginative sci-fi shooter; colorful, variegated scenery blended with mindless 3rd person shooter action
