A huge improvement over the first season. As a longtime Goosebumps fan, I was a little wary of the darker, more mature tone being applied to the series. Season 1 didn't do much to ease those concerns, so I was especially hesitant going into this one. I'm pleased to report that this hesitation was unwarranted. The balance of light and dark tonal elements has been handled much better here. I especially enjoyed the horror mystery element of it. I hope to see that again in future seasons, should any more get made.
