I would have thought this movie would have turned out good because of the cast that was chosen. Turns out I was completely wrong because the cast of this movie has no acting experience at all. Zac Efron does not have a single clue what he's doing in this movie at all times. The reason is that he hasn't played a dad and isn't one in real life so he had no clue what to do. He came into the role the very first day having a daughter in front of him. The mom was played by Sydeny her role was completely short but she was ok. Ryan aka Charle was also fine she could have played it better. Now to this whole movie together it wasn't necessary to have even remade this they could have made something else instead of this. I was confused by the ending and why Charlie goes off with the man who killed her mom. This movie was watched twice by me and I did not find it scary at all. It wasn't good and I don't recommend it to anyone it's not a horror movie like it says it's more so confusing and stupid. I'm the type of person to look at the cast of a movie before I watch it (used to). Nowadays I skip trailers and just watch and critique. Nothing's good these days but surely there better than this.

This movie deserves a Oscar because let me tell you it isn’t just a love story it’s a criminal story and makes so much sense. The amount of love it gives the viewer is huge. I would recommend anyone and everyone to watch this because it’s something phenomenal I can’t even sit here and write how beautiful it is. Ansel and Rachel did a phenomenal job in acting and they truly showed what it means to love one another.
