People like ignorant, DA Whoopi need to educate themselves on guns before they start running their mouths about them. An AR is a small platform as far as hunting rifles go. They are used extensively for coyote, deer and pig hunting among others. Lots of younger people learn to shoot/hunt with this gun because of the light weight and minimal recoil. Please educate yourselves on these matters before you start injecting your views on others. Guns don’t kill people, it’s the nuts pulling the trigger that kills.
