Of the four Heath Brothers Books I own (Decisive, Made to Stick, The Power of Moment and Switch) this was the last I read. Truthfully, when I looked at the title, it sounded boring. I have deep regrets for not reading this book sooner! Not only is Decisive my favorite Heath Brothers book, I feel it's the most practical (which is a bold statement by far). Chip and Dan bring home knowledge that I wish was given to me years ago. Simply asking myself "what would I tell my best friend?" when faced with a tough choice is one of the most simplistic yet effective methods I've heard of. I've bought multiple copies of this book and need to buy another because it makes the best gift

This is one of the best books I have ever read in my life. If you want to be able to communicate clearly to anyone, it's worth every cent. Chip and Dan Heath are two of my favorite authors. I buy any book they write on presale and have gifted multiple copies to friends and family. What makes this book even better is the resources available at the Heath brothers website
