I LOVED the book, so I was nervous that I wouldn’t like the movie. But I was pleasantly surprised. The movie compressed some of the story, but that’s understandable. The spirit of the movie matches that of the book; the cast was fantastic, and cinematography and music were wonderful. Bravo!

5 stars for delivering tremendous emotion from the stage to the screen. Loved the character development and thought-provoking plot and themes. These characters are desperately seeking relief and reconciliation. It is heartbreakingly sad, but with glimpses of hope.
