Reenactments demand a level of dedication above and beyond that of a contemporary high budget TV mini-series. Shakespeare's apology at the beginning of Henry V says it all, while at the same time covering up a host of grievous inaccuracies and omissions, that are on par with Highlander 2: The Quickening, which remains a contender for the worst sequel ever made. Seeing so much effort and detail put into simple mistakes is hard to bare if you are fan of history. But most fans of sword dramas love a good adventure. So it is wise to support it as entertainment, because if a job is worth doing, it is worth doing poorly. It can always be done better next time. Imagine a Henry V that was historically accurate, and you will get my point.
