I'm from Montana, which part of the films journey is about getting here. All I can say is "watch the film" . It's definitely in my top 10 for movies about the human spirit and what paths we take when hatred is at the forefront, but compassion, grace ( oh the grace) , perseverance and the softening of even the hardest hearts. It also gives another look into a time that was so trying for most . I cry everytime but somehow the film always leaves me wanting to be a better person.

Waste your time if you want to be initially intrigued only to end up feeling irritated and angry if not a little sad. 10 years in the making of a documentary that has no hard evidence just stories and hearsay. Yanking this family into false hope . Grieving people are not always capable of making choices in their best interest , it is up to others like the people who made this documentary and law enforcement to not add insult to injury and act in the best interest of the family. What a shame. Did it really need to be made? They don't answer certain questions and fail to really get a feel for his life and who he was they tell the story, show his town , his home but it's flat and without depth. Honestly I felt like nobody including his sister and mother truly knew him because maybe just maybe , Kenley was a deeply complicated person who never felt he belonged and remedied that in his own way by suicide or simply joining green peace and finding a new life. They don't dive any deeper into that "lead" either. Ultimately no answers he vanished without a trace and that is still the current situation. God bless his family, I hope they find what they are hoping for 'The last piece of the puzzle ' . I will say Kenley's favorite Jack London qoute gave the most insight into who he was and I hope he's living a life somewhere.

I believe most will miss the point of this movie , perhaps not. I live down the highway from Browning where they filmed the movie. Growing up in a place where the old west meets the new world makes for a interesting and frustrating dynamic. In the movie I was proud that someone was taking the time to show the reality of what we did and how we destroyed a eco system to achieve what we wanted : kill the Buffalo you will starve the Indians. Larger than the Buffalo obviously was the way we treated human life just to expand. We haven't learned anything from our past mistakes and we just keep making the same ones and not doing anything to make it right. We sanitize history then make movies and issue written apologies. It's not enough .

I thought it was pretty good. I like ( spoiler): the fallen angel bit. Healing for her means forgetting alot but her body remembers and knows "things" she protects herself through her powers not always understanding how. Alot is left unanswered as far as if she will do good or evil eventually or why she is a fallen angel. Her brother before suicide tells her he knew she would try to save him but he refuses and tells her she IS good. She kills mother superior at end only because the mother pulls a gun on her to try and kill her but gets ran over by a car .

I have seen many reviews on this film from both sides of the table. Being raised extremely Christian I joke that I speak christianese fluently ( please don't take that the wrong way, I didn't coin that phrase) I do not go to the Christian movies as moving as they may be . This movie though spoke truth and gosh wouldn't it be nice if we had someone or something that loved each and everyone of us unconditionally? I've questioned God so many times and even though I know in my heart something else exists, I am human and question the existence constantly. I'm ok with saying: " I don't know ". I believe all we can do as people is provide love and service to mankind regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation. Losing a child I can't imagine living through that but I would never regret the time I had with my children, they brought light to the world even if it was short. My brother just lost his daughter in a very tragic way and he is still somehow holding on to hope and her memory...he had 3 daughters this is his second time losing a child and its heartbreaking but our family ended up healing old wounds because of it. Its still not fair and I don't understand but it has a point even if we can't see it. The movie is good if you have any Christian background some stuff makes alot of sense if you don't it might seem preachy and weird. Be open chew the fat spit the bones.

Amazing film. So refreshing to see a movie with a fresh plot line. Don't miss out on this gem.

This movie was great! Just violent silly fun. It was a perfect movie to watch on Christmas with friends.

Well that was time I cant get back

I thought it was a awesome film...if you allow yourself to read into the deeper emotions of the film. Lou has to atone for her sin as a mother..she in a way created a monster. She finds a way to grow but also has to make a very tough decision. The little girl is so beautiful and the acting is amazing..dont miss this movie.

Excellent show...my husband ( he's as straight and as manly as they are issued) he loved the show and we cried ....a lot . For anyone that has that one person in life that is a soul mate then this show is for you. Really really good .
