Although this book wasn’t what I expected, it was still really great. There was a lot more world building and background information compared to the first two books. When you’re expecting it to be like the first two books, I can see how some would rate it less than 5 stars- but when you really soak in all the information necessary to start the next book in the series- Onyx Storm deserves 5 stars!
