The episodes are great. It is the narrative at the end of the show that sucks. The calls they note as "not emergencies" are emergencies. If someone is trapped in a motorized car wash, they are experiencing an emergency. Maybe the ones like calling to have a beer opened would be better mentioned as a reason not to call 911. Being trapped anywhere is an emergency.
