After purchasing the Met. Opera streaming "on demand opera" offer I discovered that specialized IT services as well as the latest version of tech. equipment is required. Of course, none of this is mentioned in the offer. As is true of most bogus offerings apparently there is no opportunity for a refund.
Shame on me for trusting the Metropolitan Opera. Now that is something I never thought I would say. As a P.S. they actually asked for a donation!
Save yourself a headache, hang onto your wallet and walk on by Met. Opera on demand streaming.
