Turned it off after 20 minutes. The characters were dull. The story was dull. And after reading others reviews of what happens I'm glad I didn't waste my time.

The modern soundtrack is out of place and utterly kills it.

Turned it off after 30 minutes. The acting was poor. The script even poorer. The characters were stereotypes seen a thousand times. As for people saying this is groundbreaking and they never knew how people with HIV/AIDS were treat .....???? There have been so many wonderful hard-hitting dramas done about this subject . Maybe it's because this comes with a nostalgia trip of spot the 80s props that have been heavily and clumsily dumped on set ( " oo Golden Wonder, do you remember them") and comes with an 80s soundtrack which can never fail. Cringe.

Dull. Not enough fun to keep a kid entertained. Doesn't know it's audience. Has absolutely no soul and certainly doesn't pull on the heartstrings like the original.
