Why is this horrible show always on? They either show pig stys or beautiful homes with nothing wrong with them and have open houses with staged people criticizing the way they are decorated in order to embarrass the owners into thinking the way they decorated the home is why it isn't selling. No one on earth buys a house based on the old owner's decorating taste. This show is definitely a waste of time!

I love love love this program !! I've been watching this program every Sunday for probably as long as it's been on. However, I only gave it 4 stars because jane pauley is absent more than she is there. She is highly overrated and I suspect highly overpaid. I would think the substitute hosts secretly think so too. She was a bad choice for host of this show. If her medical issues are to blame, than she needs to retire. Sorry jane, your time is up in my opinion. Just sayin'!

I absolutely loved the closer...kyra Sedgwick was a wonderful actress in this role and the episodes were so compelling. This sequel though simply doesn't measure up. It relieved kyra's guilt at leaving the show and leaving the cast and crew without work but it is a sorry disappointment. Sharon rador's adopted son went from a snippy street treat to entering law school in a couple of years! So unrealistic! Especially since his transformation was attributed to sharon. They made her into a saint, and she even transformed her detective husband from being rude and annoying to becoming a wet washrag. I just couldn't watch this poor attempt at saving this show.

I love Sarah Richardson...i watch all of her design programs. She has excellent taste. and design ability and I have loved all of her transformations. Tommy, however, although competent, is very catty and looks down his nose at anything he and Sarah have not envisioned. He is very rude and honestly quite creepy. The show is always better when she chooses another designer to work with. I honestly don't know what she sees in him!
