I have not watched it, I heard about it, the character's cities or countries names turned me off as silly. I see one review names Alex Pina, producer of Los hombres de Paco a cult serie if there is one worthy of the title. I heard LHDP is making a come back too, maybe one season to wrap things up. I have mixed feelings about it. Spain has lots of very good actors, seems to have also good producers.

Filmmaking can't get better than this but the plot seemed somehow unbeliavable and reminded me of Spielberg' s Saving Private Ryan. The closing credits stated Mendes's great granpa' s stories inspired the movie, so maybe it is a compilation of different experiences by diverse people. If only Wars were no more!

I have not seen it yet. Reading reviews. But I just saw it, against my best judgement. It is a portrait of evil money hungry Hollywood. I kept thinking why Judy but not Shirley Temple or Elizabeth Taylor, maybe tgeir motger were loving protective women. It is devastating to see the greatest voice and all around entertainer disintegrating in alcohol and pills. Renee did her justice. Very good acting.

I don't care for marvel movies, I wanted to go out, Long shot sounded goid enough. I did not believe the romance, but in real life she dated Sean Penn, so, why not? The use of obscenities and drugs is very reprehensible, and the digs at the president TV star went flat. I guess they wanted to a knowledge there is BLEXIT strong, or they want Conservative money too. Forgettable.

It is historical factual that there were Black persons in Elizabethan England? I am sorry I don't know enough of the factual history to rate this movie. It was OK.

It is a satire about royalty and monarchy in times long gone. Did Royals behave like That? Who knows, probably. It has a few laughs here and there, I got the impression people always did hard things for money and power. Why Rachel Weiz character dress in drag?

I thought the movie was great showing how stereortype guys can change their ways when seeing how the other half lives, sort of reverse Driving miss Daisy. People are people and when difficulties arise, just that, cops are people too. Yes, sometimes you need to give the middle finger to some or show you have a gun to their swichblade, it is tough out there.

I wasn't sure what to expect but in minutes the action started and it demanded attention. I never got the criminal with a public life, with a driver, friendly with a famous political family like The Kennedys. It has plenty of turns and surprises and snappy dialogue. I truly enjoyed it.
