I watch Entertainment Tonight Canada sometimes. I don’t understand why the female hosts of the show have to stand with one leg in front of the other. It looks most uncomfortable and not natural at all. They look stiff and not secure as though they are told that’s how they must stand.

I wonder why we don’t see characters that are in the show and are suddenly gone. Like Wyatt and Flo, like they don’t exist anymore! And even at Christmas time Brookes son R J. Even if there is no heavy story line for them the viewer should still see that they exist. Full focus goes to few cast members and the rest are simply forgotten The fashions are great but sometimes the outfits are so short it’s laughable as though the bottom part is missing. Also Paris does not suit most of the things she is wearing, while things are not supposed to match it looks like blindly garment pieces have just been thrown at her. She’s very beautiful and could look better

I think this film was a delight to watch. It had a bit of everything from wit to romance to let downs to second guessing. It had a thread that brought the love of these small town people together in a very endearing way. It could have been hokey but it wasn’t. There was a chemistry between the Duke and Brooke Shields who will become the Duchess. The backdrop of the snow softly covering the countryside and the lights lighting up the castle made it so very Christmasy, not to forget the horses and that lovable dog Shamus. It’s a perfect ad to prompt a trip to Scotland. It will be one of those Christmas films that people will enjoy watching again and again
