This movie is combining several movies/TV shows into one: Quantum Leap,The Matrix, a Marvel movie, and Saturday Night Live. It was so creative, unique,well written, and the acting was phenomenal with a several strong messages. Be kind, patient,and appreciate those around you. Violence isn't the answer so main character Evelyn was able to transform weapons and help people. Amazing mother daughter story,amazing story of family. Special effects made me laugh,cry,and cheer. Love the 🪨 scene.

Lisa See takes you to China and you are immersed into the culture of the Akha. She has written an outstanding book that is well researched and flows so well. I could not put it down and none of the sentences distracted me from being apart of the story. It was so unpredictable. I am forever a Lisa See fan of her stories and ready to add her books to my library. Great gift idea too for my fellow bookworm friends.
