I have decided to watch “What the Health” after many friends told me about it and how they stopped eating meat because of it. I confess I was very disappointed as it is not biased at all. I do believe that the system is all screwed up; pharmaceutical companies making millions of dollars and doctors overprescribing… I would like to see more information on the benefits of a 100% plant based diet. I consider myself a healthy eater. I don't eat meat/chicken, eggs, cheese and/or any dairy products. I do eat fish now and then because I like it. I eat a LOT of vegetables, grains, fibers, fruits, seeds and nuts. Don't drink soda, love coffee and some good wine. I am 51 years old and in pretty good shape and energy. I don’t like labels (vegan, vegetarian, plant based, etc.) I eat what makes my body happy and healthy. Moderation is the key.
