An absolutely fascinating, heart-breaking and endearing story of the vast destruction and horror caused by many of our own ancesters. Books such as this one should be compulsory in the school curriculum, not only to teach all younger generations the importance of equality, but so they can be truly educated on the discrimination, devastation and demonisation that black people have been facing for decades. A fantastic insight into black history.
