The movie had a strong 1st act, establishing Adrian (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) as a force to be reckoned with, however, the movie stumbles into its second act and does not recover in time for the third. A very messy conclusion thoroughly inhibits Elizabeth Moss's ability to stay endearing with an ending that completely opposes the character built within the rest of the film.
I went into the film very hopeful but was left disappointed being a long time fan of the work of Leigh Whannel and loved Oliver Jackson-Cohen in The Haunting Of Hill House.
