Good discussion of tournament and cash game no limit hold'em, with a chapter by each of six pros. The last chapter by Negreanu on small ball tournament play is the most thoughtful and covers pot-control, pot odds and implied odds, fighting for the blinds and antes while minimizing risk, mixing it up to keep opponents guessing, how to play preflop, flop, turn and river with consideration for position, how much to bet based on your opponent's most likely range of hands, with various hand examples.
While the book is already pretty long at 500 pages, many of the concepts covered could use more explanation and hand examples, especially the shorter chapters by the other pros.
Overall great book and required reading for no limit hold'em players.
