Ms. Perino; One thing that is not being mentioned is that politicians at Gov. Cuomo's Level are given very strict info about this type of behavior from the very start of their careers not to get touchy feely with anyone or flirty. so all he is doing is blowing smoke when he say's he didn't know better.
