Truth may be vital, but without love, it's unbearable
I wish i could unwatch this movie then rewatch and repeat the process over and over and over again until I die. This movie is perfect and certainly will be on my top 4 favorite movies.
I haven't seen a movie that's better shot. It's not only the shots but the camera movements. Especially the camera movements! It's simply unprecedented. Who would've thought? A movie about two Popes, Christianity and religion. Who
Would've
Thought.
It might sound unprofessional but this movie is cute, everything about it is cute and I didn't get bored for even half a second.
Jonathan Pryce (as I just googled) was simply stunning and I wish him all the happiness and joy in the world and I hope he knows how important and amazing his performance was.
This movie just kept me in awe throughout, i'm still in awe at this very moment.
The colors of this movies were so vibrant, the quality was so clear and neat. It seemed as if i were watching something in 4K, although I don't know what 4K looks like, it's the feeling this movie gave me. It must've been shot with a new kind of camera or something. I was able to see every wrinkle, and there were many of them!
It's just crazy that I ended up caring so much about a movie that talks about Popes. That goes to show that if you're talented and genuine you can make everything work. That is why I believe that it's not only the boundaries of subtitles that people should go over, but the boundaries of plot, story, vibes and especially fields of interest.
I put this movie because I was sleepy and did not want to sleep during a "precious" movie (Parasite) and so instead I went with this one because I thought it to be expandable.
I am thankful for my senses that brought me to this movie, and I am thankful to the universe for bringing this movie in my life at the right time and place.
I have no idea how this movie is out of the radars of so many people. This piece deserves alot of things, alot of love and recognition, and is certainly a classic.
Who would've thought!!!!!!!!!!! this is the surprise of the year.
This movie goes beyond religion and beyond papacy and is defintely a must watch.
