A fitting tribute to Tamil Heritage through a novel blending actual and fictional characters. Story telling par excellence. Mani Ratnam couldn't have done better. Apart from being a box office success, MR has showcased the very ancient and pride Tamil Heritage to the world. A fitting tribute to Tamil, one of the two classical languages of the landmass currently called India.
