I would say wait for sale, as it's still full price.

No pitstops, no tire wear and no fuel depletion for a series originally meant for hardcore sim racers. Also, it looks like F1 2009 was ported to current-gen consoles. Let's not forget there's a progression system ENFORCED on you. So, let me say it again. No pitstops, tire wear and fuel depletion. Bad graphics on par with an average 2011 game, and a Real Racing 3-like progression system on top of it.
