This 10th Planet of the Apes Movie was great bringing pieces together from all the movies (except that out of the box one from 2001). There were some scenes with lots of talking which was too slow for me and my kids. We like the action and conflict in the prequals made sincd 2011. Spoiler: The ending helped us connect how the communication may have been transmitted to the lost space ship, those odd aliens, or other camps. My teen hates that ending from 1973 and looks forward to a rewritten future and alternative ending in future sequels...Instead of that weird Charlston Hestin & alien future, but we wonder with Nova in Kingdom, how much the next movie will keep ideas from the first 5 Planet of the Apes movies.

0 Stars - Zero stars is what I would give it if Google gave the option. Not intended for children. Terrible animation, singing and jokes, for any adult. Were teens their audience? If so, it is confusing, deceiving, and rebellious. While the brain is so quickly developing and teens are discovering who they are it is so important to instill a higher standard for a moral compass. This is so dark, the red animation, cussing, and negativity is not what the average teen needs when they already deal with so many emotions. Can't disagree that I it is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit which is willful, and it gives regard to the devil & demons against the divine. I wouldn't want me or anyone I care about have any part of that.

It is not a good movie. I believe any adult, well, really most teens or older should see this film. It is another view of what happens behind the closed doors of clinics. The main actress is very relatable, cute, and plays the role strong & unforgettable. It's eye opening, sad, and does make you wonder how it's going to end. Yet, it leaves you realizing the world needs changed and how can one person make an impact like the one woman portraying Abby Johnson. I guess that's why I say....take your teens & young adults. I'm sure we are not naive to think they haven't or won't see worse someday. If you think 13 yrs old is too young, think how Sex Ed is taught in schools and some kids watch scary or war movies and play some violent videos games. But yes, parents are the best ones to know if their kid needs and is ready to handle it before they are led to believe incorrect or should I say not all/more facts. The younger generations may just take this film a little bit better than some of us older adults who have lived life and loved deeply.
