Brilliant game. A little longer than it needed to be, but the story is worth the effort.The bad reviews people are giving this game are sad to see, because they can't give up their love for a few beloved characters and see some understandable actions that take place toward the end of the game. The place we left the first game in was an awkward and uncomfortable one and the feeling between characters carries on that trend. I would not take into account the opinions of the people giving this game a 1 out of 5. It is a brilliantly made game with a few bits of fat on it that could be trimmed down. Overall the cut scenes, graphics, story telling and settings are 10/10. Characters feel alive in this world. Gameplay is very much the same as the first game, with a few more added extras but it is noticeably the Last of us gameplay. Overall Brilliant, rivalling modern great games like The Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, God of War (2018) and of course the 1st Last of Us game.
