The visual artistry is astonishingly well done. But the story is messy and it’s just hard to truly get into it. Those comparing it to Deathnote: Stop. This isn’t even close to as good. Had they put more time into rounding out the writing and bringing it together, then yeah it has the potential. But to each their own.
