if i could give this movie a 0/5, i would. by far the shittiest christmas movie i've ever watched - there wasn't even a mildly good holiday soundtrack. they had the potential to make this a great christmas flick as the movie had a strong cast - however, the script was very poor, and the plot was horrid, makes you question what's going on the entire time. even more disappointed that john green condoned this piece of holiday garbage.

honestly the best mystery/sci-fi tv show i've ever watched. stranger things makes the viewer fall in love with its characters and become enthralled in the plot from the get-go. in only 8-9 episodes the show manages to captivate the audience in a way which most mystery/sci-fi shows require 23-25 episodes to do. furthermore, all the actors play their parts tremendously well -building believable friendships, relationships and rivalries. season 3 is exceptional but come prepared as it's definitely more horrific than what viewers of the show are used to. the only critique i have to offer is that the show NEEDS to include more people of colour. even the extras at the star court mall and in hawkins are predominantly white.

watched this movie so frequently as a kid that i remember every line. definitely one of my favorite disney movies.
