This movie is too obvious with the obvious. Karen is over the top with her ‘Karening’. And the black folks she is trying to get to ‘comply’ are not dealing with her successfully … we are being shown as victims and not shutting it down! Doesn’t show or deal with any of the underlying issues. This is a poorly scripted movie with extremes that only serve to make it appear that Black people have no opportunity to address any of the injustices that occur because of ‘Karening’, and that it can go to the extreme of life threatening so don’t oppose or complain or fight because it won’t go well for you!!! BET … gotta do better!
