I love this show!! Paul and Mary are having the bakers bake things I had never seen or heard of before!! I would, however, like to see some gluten free baking challenges as that is all I am able to eat for the rest of my life. I bake gluten free for my family but have problems with gluten free pies and pastries. Sometimes my gluten free cakes are too dry, too. I need to learn how to bake them with more moisture in them.
