This book was really good. It taught me about Korea and Japan in the 20th century and how a fictional family could go. I felt a handful of emotions reading this. The descriptions are great, except sometimes too detailed about things that don't matter, like the handful of sexual parts between characters who have no significance to the story. It is mostly good, just a little too long and could be trimmed.

Amazing. Noone reviewed this masterpiece. I may not have fully read it, but I sure know of its importance.
