I admired the depth that in many ways. It was the parents who faced with having to react and were doing the terrible things out of sure love for their children. Even the detective, you could see that she clearly did kill the boy to keep her family, sick son, alcoholic ex, together but by NO means justifying it is ok. lol. It's like the way you don't hate Dexter for being the protagonist and antagonist.
