I've been kind of down lately with health issues and it kept me entertained and guessing and chuckling every now and then. Also the location and cinematography were great so I give it 5 stars for being what I needed! Can't believe how great Nicole Kidman looks for her age!

Hysterically clever and funny. Loved every bit of it. If she's not the reincarnation of Oscar Wilde, I'll eat my socks.

Light, fun show with beautiful cinematography and interesting characters. Nice way to spend an evening. Love that fact that there's both white and black characters but race has not been made an issue in the show. There's enough racial strife in the news these days - nice to see how we could all be getting along.

Very powerful and moving documentary. It reminded me of Dave Pelzer's autobiographical "A Child Called It" series that I read many years ago. We all go through tough times in our lives but people who survive major childhood trauma at the hands of a parent seem to be the most riveting. I think it reassures all of us with lesser or even equal injuries that we all have within us the ability to heal and recover and even forgive, though it may take a lifetime. The courage it took Darrell to face and then share his experiences with the public, is formidable. The fact that he's had such a successful and interesting career and manages to open his life to us with humour and pathos and vulnerability, is a bonus.

There is something magical about this show. Its parts are quirky, poignant, melancholy, funny, mystical, painful, charming, containing the complexity and subtlety of life; and it is still greater than the sum of all of these. Whoever created this is a genius I think.

Love this show. Interesting, clever, great acting and VERY, VERY funny. Please let there be a season 4 and many more.

I like Aussie shows in general (I'm Canadian) and this one really grows on you. The characters are interesting and multi-dimensional, the acting is superb and the scenery is exquisite. The understated, very human, nature of the humour they bring in is the icing on the cake. There is a slow motion group fight scene which is so hilarious I had to rewatch it. It's the kind of show you hope runs forever.

Well written, intellectual, terrific acting, fascinating subject matter.

Pleasantly surprised with this show. Beautiful scenery, interesting characters and good humour.
