Watched only part 1 so far, and can't see what the hoopla is all about. Acting is so average, the plot is so kiddish, the criminals don't act or sound like criminals at all, at least not ones worthy of being recruited for supposedly "biggest heist in history"..the professor doesn't look like someone who is so clever that he has thought of every loophole. Not sure if I have it in me to sit through rest of the seasons.

This was such a surprise find. The best Bollywood movie I have watched recently - meaningful, thought-provoking. Sanya is an absolute delight to watch. The rest of the cast has done such a great job, I absolutely hated them(their characters) all :) . There's a lot of debate going on recently about why Richa feels so stressed about her life, what's wrong with cooking n kitchen. And that is the best validation this movie could have - we are a society that doesn't find anything wrong with relegating a woman to household chores. Loved the ending too - absolutely nothing will change in a patriarchal household, so anyone sane needs to just move out asap!

Vicky , Akshaye are great to watch. Rashmika is ok. Music could have been much much better. I think SEL or Ajay-Atul would have done better justice. Some battle sequences were unnecessary and over dramatized - you could show someone as brave without going over the board with stunts and trying to prove someone was a superhuman . Time thus saved could have been better utilized to build the character of Maharaj by showing what all did he go thru as a child. The Shivaji-Sambhaji relationship needed more screentime. Nevertheless, this story needed to be told through a mainstream Hindi movie and full marks to the director for bringing it to the audience.

Thought -provoking and eye-opening. I mean, all of us already know the perils of rampant materialism but it was another thing to hear about the dangerous consequences from ex-brand builders themselves.

Well scripted, and brilliantly acted!

I am happy I didn't go to the theater to watch this. Lately all such overhyped movies have turned out from bad to average n this movie is no different. Ppl have been praising the hero's acting, cinematography, music n what not. Overacting all around. I did not find one aspect that was mind-blowing. The only scene I liked was actually a comic one where the landlord thinks Shiva knows he is the murderer. Rest was pretty average. I am surprised ppl don't talk enough abt other Kannada movies that were actually good this year. Charlie 777, for one, for example.

Such high hopes from a movie which promised to bring visual treat along with high caliber actors. While I would give 4 stars to graphics, all other aspects of the movie - screenplay, acting, dialogues, music is below par. Premise of the movie was so good (the concept of powerful weapons being protected by select few , somewhat like the Priory of Sion from DaVinci code) but they have completely messed up the introduction as well as treatment of the subject. Special mention of the extremely lame dialogues delivered in the most unrealistic way by all actors. However, I think Mouni's performance was good, it was much better than that of the lead actors'. All in all, if u have kids who can overlook the lacunas for the VFX , take them to the theater to watch the graphics, else save your money and watch it on Hotstar later. Edit: just read news articles about how this movie is leaving "The Kashmir Files" behind in terms of collection. What's the comparison??? Would anyday watch TKF over this movie!

So I hadn't watched S1, but I anyways watched S2. I loved it, will watch S1 now :)
