I am happy I didn't go to the theater to watch this. Lately all such overhyped movies have turned out from bad to average n this movie is no different. Ppl have been praising the hero's acting, cinematography, music n what not. Overacting all around. I did not find one aspect that was mind-blowing. The only scene I liked was actually a comic one where the landlord thinks Shiva knows he is the murderer. Rest was pretty average. I am surprised ppl don't talk enough abt other Kannada movies that were actually good this year. Charlie 777, for one, for example.

Such high hopes from a movie which promised to bring visual treat along with high caliber actors. While I would give 4 stars to graphics, all other aspects of the movie - screenplay, acting, dialogues, music is below par. Premise of the movie was so good (the concept of powerful weapons being protected by select few , somewhat like the Priory of Sion from DaVinci code) but they have completely messed up the introduction as well as treatment of the subject. Special mention of the extremely lame dialogues delivered in the most unrealistic way by all actors. However, I think Mouni's performance was good, it was much better than that of the lead actors'. All in all, if u have kids who can overlook the lacunas for the VFX , take them to the theater to watch the graphics, else save your money and watch it on Hotstar later. Edit: just read news articles about how this movie is leaving "The Kashmir Files" behind in terms of collection. What's the comparison??? Would anyday watch TKF over this movie!
