Nothing but terrible people/characters. No one to root for and, therefore not much to cheer for. It doesn't help that the plot goes from an interesting piece about conservatorship/guardianship and turns into a series of laughably difficult to believe events. The way it ends is how it should have ended 30 minutes earlier, and it would have felt more impactful.
