This is a great book. You do not have to be Catholic to read it. It applies to everyone and all who read it can relate to most if not all the prayers. If you want to pray an awesome prayer accompany it with scripture which he does. Do not be afraid to read this book if you are not Catholic. I am not and I love this book. The Lord will lead you to the prayers you need. Prayers from the heart touch the heart. My wife is a 66 year old female and she can relate to 97% of the prayers in this book. Wish I had this book when I was a teenager. Great book for teens, anyone really. You can read it online now for free, Just read it!
