Judges are jokers. Waste of talent. Not worth watching. Can't sing Rafi Lata difficult songs. No Shankar Jaikishan theme. They only know RD or Rahman who are inferior to SJ by any standard. Let them sing NDutta Salil Chowdhury Naushad SD Madam Mohan Kalyan ji Anand Ji Ravi Hemant Kumar and so many other superb MDs. But they revolve around new singers only. Sad.

In a neo realistic era post WW II, when Italy's economy was in shambles and the cinema was completely destroyed, this movie speaks the nacked gruesome story of a common man and his struggle. One of the all time greats. Direction, acting everything superb specially the child acted as Bruno. Superlative performance.

Apart from the fight scenes, the acting of Jackie Shroff was superb. Siddharth also impressed.

मैं दूसरे से कैसे कहूं कि इसे न देखें जबकि मैंने खुद देखी। ये निर्माता निर्देशक कुछ भी बना देंगे और दर्शक देखेंगे और फिल्म की व्यावसायिक सफलता निर्णय करेगी कि फिल्म कितनी अच्छी बनी है तो अफसोस कि फिल्म जितना भी पैसा बटोर ले यह एक घटिया प्रस्तुतिकरण है। रचयिता अमर हो गए। स्वदेश फिल्म में रामलीला के दृष्य़ ने श्री राम की जो छवि प्रस्तुति की वो सहज ही दिल में बैठ गई। लेखनी एक ऐसा सशक्त माध्यम है जो जन-मानस में उथल-पुथल कर दे और आदिपुरूष के लेखकों ने अपनी सस्ते संवादों से घटिया मानसिकता का परिचय दिया।
