As much as I love this game, it's clearly has it's problems. It's a great game combat, story, and graphics wise, but some cutscenes could really use some overhauls to their scripts. It's hard to recommend this game to a newcomer when some scenes are just so badly scripted that you're just left feeling awkward. It's an amazing story that was translated so terribly. I highly recommend this game, just be aware of the cringy scenes. I'll also note, that the farther you get in the game, the better the dialogue gets. It's one of those situations where they started slow with the script then got progressively better.
