You know what's missing in this stellar movie? More slow mo. Every other scene just doesn't cut it, ya know?

The movie was fine. There was no suspense in who was going to win or how but it was fine overall. It was actually better than I was expecting it to be... I didnt have high expectations by any stretch, but it had decent moments. There were some... confusing... moments in the movie, such as moments of singing (you know its a Disney movie when...) and why the baddie was so powerful. There was also a necessity to have watched all the previous movies and TV shows that I found to be ridiculous. I mean, I watch most things Marvel and I found myself very lost in the first 1/2 to 2/3rds of the movie. Nonetheless, it had decent action and decent special effects for the most part. It was FAR from the best Marvel movie you'll ever watch, but at least it was better than The Eternals! (Low bar, I know).

This movie was fantastic. Probably one of the most diverse, unique and emotionally engaging I have watched in a very long time. The combination of American and Chinese theatre and incredible storytelling was beyond fantastic. I could not recommend this movie anymore than I am here.

It's closer to a 3.5 star really. It's a movie that doesn't take itself too seriously with plot holes galore! But who cares? It's not meant to be a masterpiece, more like a cult classic than a blockbuster. It's worth checking out, just don't have any expectations of it being amazing. Let the ridiculousness of the movie wash over you like the many buckets of blood that shower out of all the dead bodies! ;)

This show is infuriating. Horrid writing, special effects from the 80s....70s? The actors were ok, but my god, they had NOTHING to work with here. How does SyFy stick around, I love me some sci-fi but what the hell is this trash? So disappointing.

This was a terrible movie. To compare it to "Pride & Prejudice" is disgraceful. The acting wasn't great, but that's not where this movie went wrong. This movie went wrong with its writing and terrible stereotypes. This might have been an OK movie 20 years ago, but this was just bad. Terrible plot, horrible character development, convoluted storytelling and and main premise that was just unpleasant to encounter. I appreciate the fact that gay movies are more mainstream now and that there is more recognition for its saleability but this missed the mark on so many levels. I really could not recommend a movie any less. This was very unfortunate.

This movie made me sad :( I usually love Marvel movies. There are a few that I do not care for and fewer still that I just don't like at all. This was, unfortunately, one that I did not care for. The movie was at 10 the whole time. There was no story building, there was no suspense building and no character development. I am quite disappointed by this outcome as I was looking forward to it. There isn't really anything to redeem the movie for me. The sappy nature of the motivation was almost "hallmark-y" to me. It very much pulled me out of the movie. One last note, some of the special effects were NOT well done at all. The obvious nature of a blue screen and character replacement was off-putting. I can only chalk this up to a rushed movie that was over budget. Marvel is generally pretty bang on with stuff like this, but there were some real oofs for me. I honestly don't really recommend the movie to see in theatres. Don't get me wrong, it was a BIG movie, but just not worth the price of admission.

I honestly find it unfathomable how people enjoyed both of these movies. They are two of my least favourite movies, not just comic book movies, like any movie. The story, acting, action are absolutely terrible. It blows my mind at these ratings. It truly does.

No. This was not a good movie. It was old sappy tropes with a robot. I did not enjoy this movie in the slightest. The SFX and the acting was fine, but the script was predictable and bland. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone.
