Very thoughtful and insightful book. The deficiencies are applicable to any organization in any industry, not just medical. The author simplifies the deficiencies very easily for the reader and gets straight to the point using real life business cases. As a business manager in the consumer packaged goods industry, the real life examples made me step back and think about my management style. Highly recommend!
