Nice story line but I was offended and furious with the Historical inconsistencies throughout the film. Firstly, the opening scene shows 'Yugoslavia 1999'. Historically incorrect and very offensive to all the Croatians that lost their lives in the Croatian war for independence in the early 90's. Yugoslavia did not exist in 1999. Secondly, the reference to 'serbo-croatian' in the subtitles is again offensive and incorrect for a film that was filmed in 2019. Thirdly, Ema Thompson was terrible as a Croatian. When she sang, she wasn't using any words in any language....it was ridiculous. Not to mention her very bad 'Russian' accent.
