Admission:I love Nolan movies. Criminally overlooked by the Academy,though thats less relevant these days. This is a masterpiece of a character study which isnt really about the bomb. Such a cast hitting it out of the park. Downey gives a career best performance. Murphy IS this movie. Just go and see it on the big screen,it deserves it!

These films are what they are. Bad acting,dodgy cgi and very loud. Here,the villain is so bad he ruins the film. A terrible casting choice. Fans of the franchise will love it,but it should have ended movies ago. Boring.

Broadbent is award worthy here-way better than Nighy was for an Oscar nod this year. Based on a book and a companion book,Broadbent captures the screen and our hearts. Maybe people can be kind?Are we just too cynical? The wife's character offers great support,but the rest of the characters are just scenery to the central story. How awful it is to carry pain for 25 years is so well conveyed. An absolute gen in an era of cgi dross.

A Dead Dud. Where to start? Awful cast.Awful writing.Awful direction. And nothing to do with The Evil Dead. It's absolutely laughable to see good reviews thrown out-this isn't even decent horror. Grew up with the originals and this has officially killed it off. A lazy mish mash of nonsense that has zero tension. So so bad🙄

Walked out.Just dont bother. An absolute mess of a movie. Hard to know what the intention was here. Margot Robbie grates.Pitt is exposed as nothing more than a smiling dummy. Putrid.

The fanboys,media and Academy love Spielberg,but this proves he's a busted flush. Self indulgent,overlong and pointless. A snoozefest of the highest order. How anyone can find any depth or quality to this is beyond me. The actors vary from grating pretentious Oscar bait to bland and irritating. The 'story' would make you unplug your own life support. Spielberg,please stop making movies-this is a shocker.

Way overrated. More a comedy than a horror. A poor cast and some awful dialogue. A great idea.Terrible execution. Absolute meh.
