Entertaining, satisfying conclusion. I’d give the story a B+ and the music a C-/D+. Songs are not as memorable or as good as first two Descendants movies...my 9 yr old daughter actually said (while watching the premiere), “wow, these songs are really lame. Why did they make such bad songs? The other movies had way better music.” To give a clearer picture of the lack of good music... my daughter downloaded the entire D1 album & 7 songs from D2. She says she’s not downloading anything from D3. ALSO, my daughter noticed that there weren’t “any cool versions of the original movie songs” (example, Be Our Guest, Poor Unfortunate Souls, Kiss the Girl) Really wanted to like this, especially for Cameron, but it was flat & lackluster.

Fantastic! 10/10! As good, if not better, than the original. So refreshing to see a well acted, thrilling action movie that was not completely polluted by CGI.
