Incredible film making; so emotional & life affirming, with wonderful, understated performances. A scandal that there are no Oscar nominations, particularly as Hopkins acts every other leading man off the screen in every other film I've seen!!! A must-see...

This is a fantastic read!! Set in 2037, but highly plausible throughout, it's a thrilling, absoring adventure, complex but never confusing. Some highly original ideas, the threads of which are slowly pulled together towards a gripping finale! Had to read the last 50 pages in one go!

Absolutely hilarious! Took 7 yr old Grandson who cackled throughout...only person louder was his Grandad! Great use of musical gags including (no spoiler alert) Close Encounters homage!! One of the funniest films ever!!

Agree entirely with Paul Rigby...over-hyped dross. I can't unsee some of the scenes, unfortunately, & as the protagonists deteriorate, the dialogue becomes a mumbling, incoherent shambles, much like most of the film. Avoid....
