David E Kelley does a good job with remaking an excellent book/ movie with some minor changes to the plot line. While I still like the movie quite a bit better I was glad to see something not the same so as it wasn’t a repeat. Sandy Stern holding the B file or judge Little’s head and the bar glass being tossed into the water built up the suspense better. That being said the plan B strategy posed was typical the practice and predictably Kelley. However both closes were excellent and the Molto character snapping his fingers was excellent.

Excellent action movie that is very formulaic but doesn’t ever take itself too seriously. It was campy and had Rambo and the A team elements.

First of all this is based on thrillers written for women by women. Secondly it is a parody of same. This helps you take the show in as it was intended. I give C minus Everything about it is so implausible that it has to be campy satire but the subject material was not something I found funny. It is equally a chick show as Outlander which features a man written by a woman as she sees he need be. No dude is like that. My wife thinks that outlander is entertaining and this is not, but either way it is not intended for male audiences in general.

Just not good compared to the original. It is watchable but the first two were the best and 2008 was better than this as well.
