Brilliant. Adam Driver is an amazing actor. It is a very hard watch in places due to the torture scenes (I had to cover my eyes) but it is a brilliant and truthful movie.

Pryce and Hopkins are outstanding. This movie is brilliant in so many ways. It is light and dark, tragic and humorous. Loved every minute of it.

A try hard film. Disingenuous and superficial. Continuity was really amateur, but maybe its meant to be lots of disconnected mini scenes slotted together. Nothing really made sense, maybe that was the point. Who knows? Critics liked it. I wouldn't waste my time or money on anything directed by this particular director again - or those actors who stumbled and mumbled throughout.
