I misses the real story told by Jack London . . . He wrote of dogs fighting and the loser being eaten by his fellow sled dogs - which is what really happens. Indians killed his master - not the guy who in Jack's story, really died crossing usafe ice. Also - the scene where Buck takes the sled through a tunnel to avoid an avalanch....That comes from the story of Balto not Call of the Wild. Chinese Ring Neck Pheasents in the Yukon - really? And it is animated...We were all disappointed. It is makebelieve and so far from the truth that it should be consided a childrens cartoon . . .
