Absolutely beautiful. This isn't just a documentary about survival, it's a documentary about why we are alive and to value the important things in life. The main guy was in an absolutely unique situation - trapped under water with almost a clock ticking by and telling him how long he has to live. And the whole thing was on camera. I could almost feel what it would be like to be alone like that, and knowing you are about to die. What thoughts that would go through my own head? The soundtrack is also stunning and brings a magic to the already tense footage. I loved this documentary, it has stayed with me everyday since i watched it.

I loved this. Really forget all the reviews, they almost put me off. This is the perfect last movie for Rambo.
