One of the greatest albums of all time...

This is one of Janet's greatest works. Probably her best. It's not only a period of maturity for her, but a sexual awakening. Though most would call her music, "raunchy, and provocative.". It's definitely sultry, but not raunchy, seductive in the most subtle way. Her soft vocals, the beats, and interludes allow for a sensual listening experience. This album is Janet. Hence the name, "Janet." My favorite tracks include: That's The Way Love Goes, You Want This, If, Because of Love, Again, Any time, Any place. I've always stated that my favorite album by Janet is Rhythm Nation, but as I have grown and matured, Janet has become my absolute favorite album. It's beyond a coming of age, it's an awakening.

In my opinion this album definitely helped Janet cement herself as a serious artist. She'd always be compared to Michael, but this was hers. Control spawned so many hits, and displayed her range of talent. My personal favorites include; When I think of you, Control, The Pleasure Principle, He Doesn't Know I'm Alive.

Thriller is not only one of the greatest albums of all time, but a blueprint. Every single song on the album is a hit. This album truly displayed all of Jackson's talent and artistry.

One of Michael's best works! It's such a great album considering the year it came out! My favorite tracks are; I Can't Help It,Off The Wall, and Rock With You. For me this is his coming of age album before his true assurgance during Thriller.
