Although I still don't watch this movie yet, I can say that the mortal fight between a top surgeon ('Dr. Romantic') and a neurosurgeon ('Doctors') has been done in this masterpiece! Greetings from the Philippines!!!

This movie, for me, has a striking similarity with the anime series, such as Kenshiro's trademark attacks using the Hokuto Shinken technique.
